Q1: What is your product range?

1. Packaging products: paper bags, paper box, gift paper, paper kraft
2. POS products: display, holder,sign, banner, poster, flyer, flag liners
3. Stationary：book, diary, notebook, binder, paperpad,sticker
4. Sourcing: we can offer sourcing services for different clients.

Q2: Do you have stock production to sell?
No. We work on OEM orders. That means size, material, quantity, design, packaging solution, ect will depend on your requirement. Obviously, your logo/artwork can be printed on the products.

Q3: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
- Size (Length x Width x Height)
- Material & surface finishing
- The printing colors
- quantity
- If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or artwork for checking. Samples will be best to help us to calculate an accurate price.

Q4: When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?
- PDF, CDR, AI, PSD
- Bleed size: 3-5 mm
- Resolution: no less than 300DPI, and the higher the better.

Q5: Sample create time & lead time for mass production?
- Sample: 5-7 days for sample making
- Mass production: will depend on the order qty.

Q6: Do you inspect the finished products?
- Yes, each step of production and finished products will be carried out inspection by QC department.  We also accept third part inspection, such as SGS.

Q7: How do you ship the finished products?
- By sea
- By air

- By Rail.It takes about 20days to Europe by rail. The cost is lower than frying and faster than sea shipping.

-By Express:TNT/DHL/FEDEX/UPS etc..

Q8:  What’s your MOQ?
A:Not very strick on MOQ. The price will be different on different qty.
Small qty will be expensive.

Q9:  Do you only make paper-made products?
Not only paper producst, we also make products made by acrylic, PVC, PP, MDF, metal or mix material.
